MyFabmeshTerms of Use
TL;DR user-friendly
- The Desktop app is free during the public beta. Use it for anything, including commercial work.
- The 3D meshes you generate are 100% yours. Sell them, modify them, use them in your games — your property.
- The app is provided as-is, without warranty. We do our best to make it work, but you use it at your own risk.
- If we hurt your computer (we don't intend to), our maximum liability is the amount you paid us — €0 during the public beta.
- French law applies. Disputes go to French courts.
1. Who we are
MyFabmesh.AI ("the App") is developed and published by Ayros Studio, operated by Fabien Lacaze (sole proprietorship, France). Contact: myfabmesh.contact@gmail.com.
2. License to use the App
Ayros Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free worldwide license to install and use the App for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may:
- Install the App on as many of your own computers as you want.
- Use the App to create 3D assets for personal projects, client work, indie games, commercial products, sold assets, etc.
- Distribute the 3D meshes you generate, in any form, without owing us anything.
- Script the App via its MCP server / API for your own automation.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the bundled AI models for redistribution as a separate AI product.
- Rent or sublicense the App itself to third parties (you can use it on client work, that's fine; you can't resell access to the App).
- Use the App to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction (CSAM, defamation, etc.) — your responsibility, not ours.
- Remove the credits, copyright notices, or branding from the App's UI when redistributing screenshots commercially.
3. Generated content — IP ownership
You own everything you generate with the App. Ayros Studio claims no rights, no royalties, and no license over the 3D meshes, images, or any other output produced by the App on your machine.
All AI models bundled with the App are released under commercially permissive licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, OpenRAIL++-M) which allow commercial use of the model outputs. See the in-app About panel for the full list of models and their original authors.
4. Beta status
MyFabmesh.AI is in public beta as of the date of these Terms. During the beta period:
- The App is free of charge.
- Features may change without notice.
- Bugs are expected and we appreciate your reports at GitHub Issues.
- After the beta, a paid one-time version may be introduced at the price shown on this website; users who installed during the beta will be notified before any change.
5. Disclaimer — no warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AYROS STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Ayros Studio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. AI-generated meshes may have artifacts, distortions, or fail to match your reference image — this is the current state of the technology, not a bug you can claim against us.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayros Studio's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (€0 during the public beta).
Ayros Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under French consumer law (gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury).
7. Third-party services
The App communicates with the following third-party services on first launch and during use:
- Hugging Face Hub — downloads AI model weights. Subject to Hugging Face's terms.
- GitHub Releases — version check and auto-update. Subject to GitHub's terms.
- Sentry — anonymous crash reports. Subject to Sentry's terms.
Ayros Studio is not responsible for the practices of these third parties. You are encouraged to review their terms.
8. Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. You can terminate them at any time by uninstalling the App. Ayros Studio may terminate your license if you breach these Terms in a material way (e.g. distributing the App's bundled models as your own product).
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to these Terms
Ayros Studio may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision. Significant changes will be announced in the App's update notes or via email if you have a Cloud account. Your continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts having jurisdiction over the registered address of Ayros Studio.
Consumers retain their rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, French Code de la consommation, etc.).
